Ich mache mir die Zukunft, wie sie mir gefällt

Pippi Longstocking is a strong, brave and unconventional child. She is free-spirited, has a mind of her own and doesn’t let things get her down easily. Inspired by Pippi’s story, children aged between 6 and 11 explore their ideas about the future, living together and their place in this world. Under the professional guidance of theatre educator Micaela Czisch and hip-hop lyricist Jogi Scheuerer, the children will spend five days of workshops creating their own texts and songs, which will be spoken, sung, set to music and illustrated. Together with the Serbian body percussion duo ‘Alice in Wonderband’, the children will experience their bodies and voices as instruments. They will design their own props and costumes and bring it all to life on stage as a vibrant work of art.

It will be loud and wild, tender and profound! A creative journey in community that provides space for bold steps, exchange and visions of the future.
