A Selection of International Children's and Youth Literature
The annually published catalogue "The White Ravens" is the most important continued publication of the International Youth Library. It is published each autumn to be presented at the Frankfurt Book Fair. All compiled titles are introduced at the Book Fair in Bologna the following year.
From the big number of reviewer's copies and donations which are received by publishing houses, institutions, organizations and friends of the library, the language specialists (Lektoren) select 200 new releases from more than 50 countries in over 30 languages.
