My Children's Calendar Poem 2025

Since 2011, the International Youth Library Foundation has been publishing an illustrated calendar featuring international poetry for children. Since 2017, children have been able to design their own illustrated poems on a blank page provided for this purpose and are invited to submit them to the calendar page competition.

This year, we have once again received numerous illustrated poems. The jury meeting will take place on 10 December, and the winning poems will be published the following day, 11 December.

We would like to thank the families, children, schools and kindergartens who have sent in their self-designed calendar pages! The submissions are a wonderfully colourful collection of cheerful, thoughtful and entertaining contributions.
