Reading for school classes

Steck mal in meiner Haut! By and with KiKa presenter Pia Amofa-Antwi and journalist Saskia Hödl

Jella-Lepman-Saal

Racist prejudices and thought patterns are deeply rooted in our society. In order to change this, education about topics such as colonialism, everyday racism or structural discrimination against minorities is needed. And this from childhood on.

In this anti-racist educational picture book, the popular KiKa presenter Pia Amofa-Antwi and journalist Saskia Hödl gently teach children how to deal attentively with racism. They raise hope for a world in which people are no longer discriminated against because of the color of their skin.

The authors talk to the children about the pictures and answer their questions. A picture book for every child to grow up more attentive to others.
